No I wasn't REALLY REALLY BAD, I just spend a minute too long in the tanner. I have ROSY red cheeks. I'll never tan again after the wedding, and I've taken it really slowly and gradually up to this point. I can't wait for the sun to come out in New England this weekend! It's going to be 80 degrees!
Yesterday - salad for lunch, ranch dressing
dinner - salad (avocado, spring mix, radish, celery tomato) and two slices of peanut satay grilled chicken
Workout - 26 minutes on stationary bike
30 minutes of light weights and pushups
Today:
breakfast peanuts, raisins, yogurt chip mix
For the rest of the day goal:
Lunch
Chef salad
Dinner: very little, maybe carrot ginger juice, I'm hoping.
Exercise: 1.5 hours level 2 iyengar yoga
All is well with me.
