Wow. After eating raw for three days last week, I felt awesome. Then this weekend, I had some cooked / not great food. I couldn't seem to get it to move through my system!
Wow. It felt gross!
So I'm back on raw for the week. I love it - but I think I'll have to eat semi-normal on the weekends, or I might just up and float away. Seriously. So I can see more changes, I'm not getting on the scale for a while - I just don't really care.
This week's goal - raw for 5 days (MOnday through Friday) and Monday Wednesday Friday I will run 4 miles, tuesday and thursday are weight lifting and gym cardio.
Sound good? Awesome.
The invitations are ready to mail and I'm super psyched. We also met with our officiant this weekend, and she's the greatest, too. Feeling good, feeling happy. Rock on to all.
