I started tanning with a friend who has a tanning bed she's letting me use. I know it's not the most 'healthy blog' type thing to do, but I'll tell you, I feel awesome. I started with 5 minutes, and I'll keep it really slow at the beginning.
And this isn't just about getting healthy, it's about looking awesome in my wedding dress. It's champaign colored, and when I have a nice skin tone in the middle of the summer, it's gonna look AWESOME.
Also, I'll never get in another tanning bed after my wedding. I've spent my whole life with spf 15 on my face, and I will always believe in sunscreen.
Gym was great yesterday, lunges lunges lunges. I lifted, all lower body stuff, for an hour. Then hit the bike for 25 minutes, really easily, to sort of work out my legs. And a good dose of stretching too.
Lunch yesterday - bad - burger king - we were on the road on some sales calls and there was not a much better choice.
Dinner - spicy "chicken" boca patties, lettuce tomato mayo
snack matzoh with salsa (yummy)
2 glasses of wine and a beer.
Not the best day, but I still feel good from working out. I'm so focused on working out and burning calories that I've really kicked it up, and I feel like I need some carbs in the diet, for fuel.
This doesn't sound healthy at all! Hilarious. Well that's why it's classified as weight loss, and not raw crunch granola blog.
Take it easy, all! I'm going to weigh and measure tonight, too.
