    In a month of good eating and good exercising!

    YYYYYEEEEEESSSSSSSSSSS!!!!!!!!!!

    I'll get my measurements next week, when the person who measured me originally is there.

    I've NEVER lost weight in my life. And here it is coming off with portion control, snacking control, and lots of exercise. Keep in mind I'm getting this much exercise over 1 hour and twenty minutes a day. I'm hoping to do some yoga in the AM, but so far 1 hour 20 minute workouts with a lot of intensity is what has done it.

    I'm going to try to do this without resorting to fasting, because I really need to learn moderation, rather than extremism. It's a personal thing - I think fasting is a great tool, but it's not right for the job ahead of me.

    This is a challenge every day to not eat big portions, to stay in control, and KEEP GOING TO THE GYM.

    KICK ASSSSSS. This goes out to all the people who never thought they could really lose weight. You just have to want it so bad you are willing to give up the excuse-eating.

      well done on doing it the hard way! but your right for most of us we have to learn how to eat properly adn i dont think a fast does that. it does make the weight disappear though. it is great that you have worked out what you need to do that works for you. keep it up and you'll have to get a whole new dress!

        Yeah, I imagine I'll do all I can through exercise and eating, and if I'm still not where I need to be I'll do a couple of 5 day fasts closer to the big day, and just lighten up on the intensity of the exercise.

        I've never "undereaten" before, and I want to get in good habits.

      Muscle weighs more than fat, but is leaner!
      So you have probably lost more fat than the scales
      can tell!

      I am sure you are seeing the difference
      in the way your body is shaping and the way your clothes
      are fitting you now.

      Even paced *safe* wt loss will also keep body from
      getting saggy skin and reduce toxicity extreme
      healing crisis's since toxins released that are stored
      in fat will be of lesser amt than those that go the
      lose 30 lbs in 30 days route.

      I think the safe way to lose wt/ is about 2 lbs a week
      tops.. and I will bet you have lost about 8/9 lbs really
      just some is being converted to muscle now.

      Good for you!!!
      your body surely loves you,
      for doing it the safe way,
      and the weight you lose will stand
      far greater chance of staying off permanently.
