I slept fine last night, the grapefruit and olive oil went down ok.
After taking the oo mixture I went and lay down straight away...on my back for 20 - 30 mins (read a book), then turned out the light and rolled onto my right side with my knees pulled up. Probably stayed like that 15 mins or so before getting more comfortable (still on right side) and falling asleep. Slept until 7.30am.
Took two last ES measures at 7.40 and 9.40 this morning.
Results: From about 9am - lots of chaffy like stuff, flakey junk, and little seeds looking things too. It wasn't until 11am that I started passing stones...130 (approx) in total, over the following hour. 2 stones were bigger than marbles, 50 or so were the size of peas, and the rest were smaller.
Will report on anything else interesting through the day.
Must go drink more water...

Hope to try a 30 day juice fast myself in March....and I LOVE the ideas you've given for pepping up those juices.

Wow, oh cool! That's a great idea to begin a juice fast in March. I'll still be around in March to send support your way and so will the blog. I'm very glad it's been an inspiration to you. Juice fasting can be tough, especially if you're all alone with it.
Glad to see you're blogging. Many people coming in after you will be in need of your support and experience.
