I am moving into territory that has not been exlained yet, so I hope its working. The boitensor testing said yes, it was working.
I held the amount of calcium/magnesium supplement that I take and tapped in, "I accept the vibration of this supplement."
I want to try that with all my supplements. Really the only way I can tell about calcium is if I get muscle cramps. The only way I can tell if my supplements are working is if I don't get colds etc.

I guess I can keep a thread for one month. I'm just learning how this all works.
At sports and fitness tonight I ran into G. He's always having pain of one sort or another. So he generously let me "work" on him. Rather than the setup to get the polarity flowing correctly, I will do a version of the hookup. I just had him do the hook up and breathe deeply, but I think I will also add envisioning a loved one giving them a big hug and a smile and laugh.
Then I tapped just the first few points and his back pain went from a 6 to a 3. Then we tapped again and did the slow eye roll and it went to 0. I was thrilled and he was happy. It was very fast and very effective and took only a few minutes.
