On may 20th, 2005 RAPHAEL SPINDELL is being arrested for "Aggravated Harrasment", because during a
very emotionally stressful phone call with Children's Aid Society social worker, Barbara Monroy,
the father became so upset, and became so irate at the system that
has destroyed the life of his child and the life of his family, he allegedly made
threatening remarks in the midst of an emotional nervous breakdown. The
foster care workers, Barbara Monroy, and Medical Foster Care Director of the Children's Aid Society
Maria Bergos, filed charges against Raphael Spindell. Detectives are issuing a warrant for
his arrest on May 20th and will seek to incarcerate a father,
for what? For being emotionally upset at the treatment
his son has received at the hands of an unjust system!
Please help this family find justice now so that this
innocent father does not have to sit in jail.

He has suffered serious infantile depression, maternal and parental deprivation, and “hospitalism” suffered from numerous nosocomial infections (caught in the hospital, by hospital staff not practicing effectice hygienic techniques)

this is a horrendous tragedy that is fast becomming a common occurence
of government criminal behavior towards even such activity as raising a family.
(nevermind that the cost is a young childs physical and mental welfare).
The government of today seems determined to destroy & create chaos within families.
(our tax dollars at work 8( )
That ANYONE could treat this in an offhand manner and not see that the core attack
is against human rights ans personal freedoms staggers me.
This is not an issue to be *blase'* about by any means !!
Thank you, for helping us get involved,
since it may be our own families next..
our kids, our grandkids,
for whatever reason the government might chose to take action upon.
I believe that this is nothing short of a *state of emergency*
for the Public to rise up and stop the abuses of authority,
before it becomes even worse than it already is.
I sincerely hope that each person stop and take the time to consider this.
This child is your child as much as it is theirs.
We may not be able to solve all the abuses in the world.. no .
But maybe we can at least stop one, for this native american child.

| This is SO disturbing to me as a mommy and a wife. I am not vegetarian nor vegan, but believe that it is each parent's decision as to what to feed their child. I breastfed and know all about the growth and weight gain of BF babies vs formula fed. I am very upset by this story - what is next??? I literally feel sick to my stomach. I feel for the mom who is away from her baby and the baby who obviously loves and misses his mom and dad. What is our country coming to?? I signed the petition and have sent a few letters out today. Is there anything else that I can do. Has the news media been contacted, newspapers, etc?? I would like to help in whatever way I can. At this point in the case is there any hope of getting LOVE back soon?? Thanks Lapis for bringing this story to the board. I just wish more would step up and sign the petition. Have a peaceful night.

Yes I would have thought more curezonians would get the impact of what is happening here. Many people are still at a level of cosnciousness where they see themselves as the world insdead of the world as themselves. It's changing but it is slow.
As each person becomes aware of another issue like this, it changes the collective conscious. Our response is critical.
The branches of a tree are not so dumb as to fight amongst themselves, realizing that thye are connected to the same tree.
Please Curezonians, why are we gathered here. Is it just for our *own* needs?
Change starts with one simple decision to stand up and be counted.
Spread the word in your circle of influence.

Do you know if this has been broadcast on any major media outlet? I am wondering if I should send this to all the news organizations that I can think of or if it has already been done. This is just disgusting and a travesty to our freedom as parents and human beings. I will continue to send this link to everyone that I know as well as others that may be beneficial in getting our message out. .

They need all the media that they can get....I am going to try the public radio stations tomorrow....please do all that you can do! The media in New York has twisted things around....calling the dad a vegan fanatic....I am also going to contact the new york dailey news and discuss this with them.....
Unfortunately the baby was given to the grandmother for foster care and for certain reasons this was very unsafe for the child. There was a possible drug use there as well as someone with a contagious disease. The newspapers wrote it off as fanantic dad.....baby fed formula, etc, etc and really hurt the dad's rep as well as putting down vegan diet.
they can use all the help that you can give them!

That child needs a naturopathic or vibrational physician as soon as possible, not only is he yellow skinned and red eyed, the psycological trauma will effect him deeply. Poor sweet baby. Poor family.

Dear Friends, Please take the time to write a letter in support of this young family.
Last fall their 13 mo old son was taken from them by Child Protective Services.
This was a grave mistake and has proven to be quite traumatic for the entire family.
Before this the child and parents had not been separated for more than a few hours. The child was forcibly taken and forced to wean immediantly.
Currently the court system is dragging on and on. They need your help now!

At this point the things that seem odd if not down right neglectful, to the court include a vegan diet,a raw food diet, no vaccines, co-sleeping,and breast feeding for an extended period of time….
If you have had a positive experience with any one or more of these things, please consider writing a letter of support. Please do not be aggressive or unduly angry. Show that these are good and natural and wise things, that show love for a child not neglect.
Time is of the essence. The child has already been through multiple homes. Please help!
