August 13, 2022 - Element cosmological systems worldwide -
“… It is a widespread idea that the entire universe is composed of a handful of essences, which are combined and dissociated so as to produce the myriad concrete manifestations of reality. … four elements(footnoted in the text) were identified by the Presocratic Greek philosopher / shaman Empedocles of Acragas / Agrigentum in Graecia Magna / Southern Italy (fifth c. BCE). In the Western tradition Empedocles has been regarded as the inventor worldwide of an element-based cosmological scheme. The model was subsequently reformulated and divulged by Plato and especially Aristotle, and became the very corner-stone of Western natural science, astrology, medicine, psychology, literary and artistic symbolism and iconography66 including colour symbolism,(67) until well into Early Modern times.”(footnoted in the text)
… “As far as the number of elements in the transformation cycle is concerned, Empedocles’ four-element system presents the lowest number of elements among fully established element systems although in passing we will encounter inchoate forms with only three, two and even one element. Throughout Greek and Roman Antiquity a five-element system would appear to have been the standard one, adding a ‘fifth element’ (literally: ‘quintessense’) to Empedocles’ famous series of: Earth, Water, Air and Fire.”
… “At the heart of Taoism as a wisdom philosophy of transformation with divinatory applications, is most clearly a transformation cycle. Earth, Water, Fire, Metal and Wood constantly produce each other and work upon each other in a complex cycle that shows how the specific nature of each ‘element’ at each moment in each specific situation is ephemeral and incidental, giving way to another element phase under specific circumstances.” - Wim M.J. van Binsbergen

April 3, 2020 - New Life!!! - (Including the resurrected life that arises through death) -
"...the new life – how to breathe it, how to eat it, how to drink it and how to radiate it, for this is what matters most, and it is the only thing that interests me. It is by living this new life that all the sacred sciences will one day be revealed to you. In the smallest acts of everyday life, you can find correspondences with the worlds of astrology, alchemy, the Cabbalah and magic. In breathing you can discover astrology; in nutrition, alchemy; in words and gestures, magic; and in your thoughts, the Cabbalah. So learn how to eat, breathe, speak, act and think and you will possess the foundations of the four sacred sciences."[9]

"The foundations of the four sacred sciences" is what the synthesis of both "The Human Design System" and "Gene Keys" are primarily all about! The support that this Blog-writer offers as "Chef-doctor" extends this by including "nutrition, alchemy."

“The effective therapist marries the professional with the personal in blends that are specific to the particular client/patient (individual, couple or family) and to the clients issue."[8]
--
Comment:
Possibly the most important function of “the effective therapist" is to genuinely connect with the other individual/s. To accomplish this requires the "marriage" that is referred to in the above quote. The practical application of this "marriage" can be an amazing journey in and of itself for the "therapist" while simultaneously connecting with their client! The Human Design System can support the therapist in identifying where and how the connection can be/is made. This is especially true in sessions where therapist and client actually meet - aura-to-aura.

Iodine supports spiritual development - By Gabriel Cousens, MD, MD(H), DD -
I first wrote extensively about the chakra system in 1986 in my book Spiritual Nutrition and the Rainbow Diet. The chakra system is a subtle energy system that has been described for thousands of years in spiritual traditions. In Sanskrit, the word chakra means “wheel”. In the Bible, St. John refers to these centers as the “seven seals on the back of the Book of Life.” In early Christianity they were often referred to as the “seven churches”. The Kabbalists refer to these centers as “the seven centers in the soul of man.”
The chakra system has been described by Western clairvoyants and Eastern yogis for centuries. In the late 1960’s and early ‘70’s, Dr. Hiroshi Motoyama, Director of the Institute for Religion and Psychology, a yoga expert and a scientist considered by many to be one of the leading researchers in the area of chakras, has done some important work documenting the physical reality of chakras. More recently, medical doctors and other researchers have begun to explore the existence and function of the chakras, such as the research done by Professor Emeritus Valerie Hunt at UCLA. Hunt was a professor of Physiological Science from 1948-1981 at UCLA, and is presently the director of the Bioenergy Fields Laboratory. In 1973, the physician W. Brugh Joy discovered these energy centers spontaneously. He found that when he held his hands over certain areas of a patient’s body, there were areas of increased heat energy. Mapping these areas, he realized that they were approximately the same as the yoga descriptions of the chakra locations. Lawrence Bagley, M.D., in the 1984 issue of the American Journal of Acupuncture, describes how by using the Nogier pulse he was able to determine the location, size, shape, and rotational direction of the chakra system. My own experience with detecting the physical existence of the chakra system began in 1976 when I was exploring the possible relationship between a person’s mental state and the chakra system. Based on the limited research, and my personal research as well, it is reasonable to hypothesize the existence of a chakra system as both a subtle psycho-physical system linked to the neuro-endocrine complexes in their prospective locations in the body, as well as subtle psycho-spiritual centers of consciousness.
Iodine energizes the thyroid gland (associated with the 5 believe to be a spiritual-energetic bridge between the heart (associated with the 4th chakra) and the pineal and pituitary glands (associated with the 6 In this spiritual way it can be considered the master gland rather than the pituitary as the 1954 Drs. Eartly’s and LeBlond’s study found in the physical way. The thyroid in this context is a metaphorical bridge between the heavens (higher chakras) and the earth (lower chakras). Adequate iodine is the critical nutrient that activates and sustains this physical and energetic chakra bridge. It is needed for the chakra system to be optimally functional.[11]

April 25, 2019 - What might teaching the Organic Laws (as part of a High School's curriculum on American Government) have to do with "health, recovery, healing, mind-clearing, and total well-being"? "Stick around" and you may find out!
Just sent the following to the very first Waldorf High School in America! -
Greetings Friends!
So very glad to have found you in two search results! Your website was the second result in what proved to be a well-worded search for: "first Waldorf high school in America"!
The inspiration for this search arose this morning from reading "Colloquium on United States History" a report published by AWSNA in 2004. Three hours later I wondered where and when the teaching of "United States History" in Waldorf High Schools began, hence this search.
Questions: Does High Mowing School include "United States History" in the curriculum? ......... If so then does this include American government? ......... If so then does the American government curriculum include the four "Organic Laws"? .........
The reason I ask is as follows. I didn't see a reference to the "four Organic Laws" in the "Colloquium on United States History" eBook and that raised a question for me that I wanted to discover the answer to. In contemplating this I realized that I wanted to know if there ever was a reference made in any Waldorf H.S. to the Organic Laws as a whole. I was then inspired to start a search for that within the earliest possible time-frame which brought me to your (virtual) door!
...
--
Comment:
There can be many presentations by this blog author as to how teaching the Organic Laws (as part of a High School's curriculum on American Government) relates to "health, recovery, healing, mind-clearing, and total well-being." Let's start at "ground zero" with the following:
There exists both a conventional wisdom as well as a number of examples of uncommon profound insight as to the vital importance of good nutrition for the total health and well-being of every individual. In addition, "healing" (and recovery) is becoming well-known to be best supported by the body's own self-healing systems - all of which are nourished by good nutrition. "Mind-clearing" can open the possibility of healing on a mental level and having a well-nourished brain can support this. All of these processes can be supported and enhanced by having all our nutritional needs met. Where does this good nutrition come from? .........
Based on numerous findings we know that good nutrition comes from "real food" that is grown/raised on healthy soils, or harvested from non-polluted waters or from wild places. These food sources are an essential link to "how teaching the Organic Laws ... relates to 'health, recovery, healing, mind-clearing, and total well-being.'" It is these "sources" that are the foundation for both the health and life of the people as well as the basis for their original sovereignty! If we add the fact that the origins of the economic sphere come from the the land then the whole entire three-fold social order all comes together in direct relation to the soil and the land!
The American People's original sovereignty of their own self-government rests upon a soil and land-based proprietary jurisdiction. The Organic Laws are all about this most fundamental principal in American Law; despite the fact that they are not taught in light of the "American People's original sovereignty" in the public schools (and apparently not in any other schools). That is why as conscientious Americans we need to find ways to include the Organic Laws in the curriculum of American Government in our schools. Even if this curriculum were only to be available in private non-government schools it would empower the students and enlighten them as to their true and Rightful relationship to government and possibly further inspire them toward the recovery of our own land and soil-based self-government.

April 26, 2019 - Continuing With a Local Waldorf High School -
Message sent:
Inspired to do some research on what Waldorf high schools teach after recently reading a "U.S. History Colloquium" report published by AWSNA. Realizing that each Waldorf school has the freedom to develop their own curriculum content brings me to inquire with you the following:
Does your high school's current American history curriculum include any presentations on the four Organic Laws of The United States of America?
--
Comment:
Made some notes that if combined together now could say: America's future leaders are among today's students - currently attending high school. According to Rudolf Steiner (the founder of the "free school") - "the real aim at Waldorf schools is to raise free human beings." The above inquires (to two Waldorf high schools) give special attention to the four Organic Laws of The United States of America. The reason is partly stated in the second inquiry "that each Waldorf school has the freedom to develop their own curriculum content." The fact of that "freedom" allows for (at least) an imagination toward the possibility of including "presentations on the four Organic Laws." What better place for these presentations than in a "free school" where the raising of "free human beings" is "the real aim"? After all - dd not our Organic Laws originally share the same aim? .........
The very first Organic Law speaks of the "Right" of "these United Colonies ... to be Free and Independent States."
The second Organic Law speaks of "free inhabitants" as well as "free citizens."
The third Organic Law speaks of free inhabitants in Section 9.
The fourth Organic Law known as "the Constitution of September 17, 1787" does not replace the second Organic Law and therefore the "free inhabitants" live on (if they want to)!
However - all of these verifiable truths in American Law are not actually/completely taught in any of the government schools (or even in "Law school") and this is what has inspired this author to seek the schools where "these truths" can possibly be taught.

March 12, 2019 - Medical Intuitive -
I have "Anatomy of The Spirit" and recently started reading it with enjoyment! I'm attracted to the field of "Medical Intuitive" and would like to develop my intuitive abilities.
Following is an introduction to some of the support that is available for training in this field.
What Is Medical Intuition?
UCSD Research Study Announced
The Practical Path, Inc. is pleased to announce a collaboration with the University of California San Diego (UCSD) School of Medicine for a ground-breaking research study into Medical Intuition.
The Practical Path, Inc. has been providing intuitive development training to healthcare professionals since 2009, and currently offers programs at Prebys Cardiovascular Institute at Scripps, La Jolla CA, and live online to participants all over the world.
UCSD is one of the top-ranked public research universities in the nation. UCSD School of Medicine faculty rank #1 in clinical research and #3 in basic research, and UCSD ranks 4th in the world in terms of 'citation impact' in the fields of science and social science, with worldwide notable faculty. The Department of Family Medicine and Public Health, in which the Center of Excellence for Research and Training in Integrative Health resides and where the study will take place, is ranked #1 in the nation among Family Medicine departments. Dr. Paul J. Mills, the UCSD Principal Investigator for this study and Director of the Center of Excellence for Research and Training in Integrative Health, has published over 350 scientific studies, and has extensive experience conducting studies that require collaboration among interdisciplinary groups of practitioners, clinicians and researchers.
This pioneering research proposal has grown out of the recognition of the increasing value of medical intuition in the medical setting, and the need for scientific research in this area. While current research is placing more attention on the human biofield, its appreciation in medicine is still limited. As such, this important study requires financial support from a broad range of private funding sources.

MEDICAL INTUITION
Definition
Medical Intuition is defined as a system of expanded perception gained through the development of the human sense of intuition. Medical Intuition is part of the emerging field of Complementary and Alternative Medicine (CAM), and focuses on pinpoint visualization skills and in-depth intuitive scanning to obtain information from the physical body and energy systems.
Medical Intuition is intended to identify the underlying drivers or root causes of imbalance, to not only help promote physical well-being, but also emotional, mental and spiritual well-being.
Purpose
Medical Intuition is designed to assess and evaluate energetic structures and patterns in the physical systems of the body, as well as the energy systems of the body (biofield), that may correspond to illness, imbalance and disease. In addition, Medical Intuition can also assist in addressing the energetic influence of thoughts, beliefs and emotions, and how they impact the health and well-being of an individual.
Although Medical Intuition uses the word "medical," the use of Medical Intuition is not to be construed as the practice of medicine, psychotherapy, or any other licensed healthcare practice. A revolutionary new perspective in mind-body approaches, Medical Intuition can provide essential and practical support to any integrative, functional, CAM, and holistic healthcare practice.
The Practical Path Medical Intuitive Training Certification Program offers a comprehensive, step-by-step method of intuitive mastery created to help practitioners deliver fully integrated holistic care for body, mind and spirit well-being.
...
Origins
Medical Intuitive readings were first documented in the early 1900s by the writings of intuitive Edgar Cayce. Medical Intuition also gained awareness in the 1990s through Caroline Myss, whose work was verified and supported by Dr. C. Norman Shealy.
Recent advances in the field of mind-body medicine suggest the importance of using intuition when treating clients and patients, based on theory and empirical research from traumatology, psychoneuroimmunology, spiritual psychology, and holistic nursing theory, among others.

Also: Inspired with the thought of co-creating a clinical research project that includes the highest possible quality sleep for half of the participants. I'll tell you "the other half" following this quote below:
"...All the physical, emotional and mental activities we know as 'life' give off forces, but they also leave behind impurities which take a while to be eliminated.
So it is necessary for the soul to withdraw from the body so the cleansing can take place.
Sleep is the solution that cosmic Intelligence has found so that we can continue to live."[8]

How well do you sleep? .........
Are you completely satisfied with the quality and quantity of sleep that you get each night? ………
Do you wake up each morning feeling rejuvenated and welcoming the new day that is before you? ……..
What additional thoughts and/or feeling do you have in regards to anything presented here regarding sleep? ………
--
Re: "The Other Half" of the "Clinical Research Project." -
This blog author is inspired by the insights to the "cleansing" functions that sleep provide (both in the above quote and elsewhere). He also imagines that most people (or a sufficient enough number) do not realize this vital role of sleep and consequently are preyed upon by a full-range of propaganda that is geared to selling the wary sleep-deprived individual one product and/or another in an attempt to make up for the lack of this particular kind of "cleansing" that only sufficient high-quality sleep can provide. This author highly suspects that there is no product that can substitute for the failure of poor or insufficient sleep to accomplishing its task of eliminating impurities.
"The other half of the clinical research project" would consist of a controlled study of the leading products promoted as the ultimate in effectiveness for eliminating "impurities" from the body.
This author realizes that the above project would require a writeup of all the particulars as to what "impurities" are to be measured and compared before and after the trial period. The challenge here is that these impurities may not have been identified and therefore identifying them would need to be a prerequisite.

December 26, 2018 - "We Know What Children Need ." -
At any given time, an estimated 195 million children are affected by malnutrition worldwide. It contributes to at least one-third of the eight million annual deaths of children under five years of age. These deaths are preventable if the nutritional requirements of young children are met. Starved for Attention underscores the possible, focusing on successful strategies implemented daily to address malnutrition, and how they can, and must, be expanded.
The most vulnerable are children up to two years of age, whose nutritional needs are especially high. If children in that time-frame do not receive quality foods that provide balanced nutrition, they face stunting, cognitive impairment, and increased vulnerability to disease. At worst, they can face early death.
“Our medical teams working in more than 30 countries with high levels of malnutrition, in sub-Saharan Africa and South Asia, have demonstrated that with early intervention with quality, balanced foods, countless children can be spared the consequences of malnutrition,” said Dr. Christophe Fournier, president of MSF’s International Council “We know what children need. It’s simply a matter of ensuring they get it.” In 2009, MSF treated 250,000 malnourished children in 34 countries.
...
The Starved for Attention campaign seeks to build a critical mass of awareness that will translate into reforms of humanitarian food assistance and nutrition programs for malnourished children, and the mobilization of resources needed to scale up programs to prevent and treat malnutrition. Visitors to starvedforattention.org can add their names to a global petition drive titled “Overcoming Childhood Malnutrition: The Time to Act is Now.”
Currently, international food donors mostly provide cereal-based fortified flours. While these foods can relieve hunger, they do not meet the nutritional requirements of young, growing children. For example, the US, the world’s largest food aid donor, is sending sub-standard foods that do not meet basic nutrition requirements for infants and young children. These foods would not be provided to children in the US. Starved for Attention exposes this double standard.
Tested strategies to address malnutrition are effective and are showing promising results in many countries. Some, including Mexico, Thailand, and Brazil, have reduced early childhood malnutrition through direct nutrition programs that ensure infants and young children from even the poorest families have access to quality foods, such as milk and eggs. At the same time there is growing political will in Asian and African countries to replicate successful programs. The Starved for Attention petition calls for support to these efforts.
Along with the multilingual website, the global campaign launches in New York City tonight with an exhibit and panel discussion event, followed by an exhibit at the VII Gallery in Brooklyn, New York. The multimedia exhibit will travel to Toronto, Milan, and Rome, among others.
...
Starved for Attention is made possible with the support of LG Electronics, which has provided financial support and its latest generation INFINIA flat panel television screens to display the project’s documentaries in exhibitions.[6]
---
Comment: Several items in this lengthly quote stand out in my awareness that I could research further including the following eight questions I could ask the organization:
1.) What is this organization's definition of "malnutrition?"
2.) What are the full "nutritional requirements of young children" according to this organization?
3.) What are all the "successful strategies" and their criteria for determining what is "successful?"
4.) How much emphasis does this org give to breast-feeding for "children up to two years of age?"
5.) Does the distribution of "cereal-based fortified flours" come with instructions for proper food reparation?
6.) What are the "sub-standard foods" that "the US is sending?"
7.) What are the food sources of the "quality foods, such as milk and eggs" that are part of the "tested strategies?"
8.) What is the "support of LG Electronics?"
--
The above is regarding a progression of searches conducted over this past hour that began with the line: "We Can Rewrite The Story Of Malnutrition" that I saw for the first time (last night) printed across the top a note pad (apparently by "Doctors Without Boarders") that I had obtained from salvaging reusable recycling items at my home.

I would really love to have a copy of the "paper" that was "published ...". I contacted "IOP Publishing" re: their journal "Physical Biology". They replied with the following:

a link to the referenced paper that apparently was published in Physical Biology that Marie referred to,
the title of the that apparently published article in Physical Biology,

July 5, 2018 - "Consciousness-based medicine ...
... is our term for a form of medical treatment that works by direct appeal to the consciousness of the patient, in contrast to modern biomedical treatment where drugs are used to affect body chemistry. With this concept, maybe we are (in a sense) turning back to the 'old medicine', where the family physician was the all-concerned "old country doctor" who knew the child, the siblings, the parents, the family, and the village. In a series of papers on clinical holistic medicine, we would like to present the classic art of healing, where the physician works mostly with his hands, then show how the modern biomedical physician performs with biochemistry, and finally introduce consciousness-based medicine. Some of our questions will be: If you improve your quality of life, will you also improve your health? Will learning more about yourself bring more purpose in your life? ..."[5]

I'm amazed to just now finding this term (Consciousness-based medicine) after having over a decade of research re: "new medicine" as I consider have considered the new medicine to be largely consciousness-based!

August 5, 2018 - An Initial Inquiry re: "Consciousness-Based Medicine" -

Greetings Dr. Ventegodt!
Just found your editorial that was published in the BMJ on the 21st of October 2004 by way of Google (on the 3rd page of about 1,640 search results) for: "consciousness-based medicine". (I had also noted a few other articles from results on the first two pages that were attributed to you.)
I'm interested in tracking the early beginnings of the phrase "consciousness-based medicine". Do you happen to know of when that might have been? .........
I'm also interested in knowing whether Dr. Hamer's German New Medicine has had any impact on the formation of this phrase. These are points I would like to blog about at my CureZone blogs.

June 22, 2018 - What Legal Obligation Does An Almond Grower Have to Irradiate Their Almonds? -
Submitted the following at https://www.organicpastures.com/contact/
Greetings dear OP Friends! -
I was just told by an individual who apparently lives on the East coast (u.s. of A.) that their purchase of your almonds would require that the almonds be irradiated; is this correct? If so would you please direct me to whatever the source may be that apparently requires this irradiation?

Their answer: "We are sorry to be unclear to that customer. We no longer sell raw almonds to customers. We sell only directly to the bulk market."

May 25, 2018 - The potential implications of this on the nation's health are beyond calculation (at least beyond my ability to calculate ; ~ )!
"The most important function of alkaline water is to increase bicarbonates in the blood because we lose bicarbonates as we age. The change of pH value causes the stomach to produce hydrochloric acid that enters the stomach, and the bicarbonates enter the bloodstream. When we say that we alkalize our body, we do not necessarily mean increasing our saliva pH or urine pH; it means increasing the bicarbonates in our blood. The blood pH does not change, but the ability of our blood to neutralize acid in the body increases quite dramatically."[1]
