Blog: Getting the parasites out
Today I am claiming success. I haven't seen a trace of parasites for a month. I've been thru the Kalckler protocol for his prescribed 19 days and I am done with parasites.
My protocol is posted on the first entry to my blog. I have gone back and edited it a couple of times as things worked or didn't.
I am feeling terrific! I am wondering what life will be like without parasites. Will I get rid of my long term obesity? Will my intelligence change? I know my digestion is tip top and I'm enjoying eating whatever I want.
I truly have no idea of how long I have been infested. I know that I have had some form of mild chronic fatigue for about 25 years. That has now changed and I am regaining strength and energy.
I feel blessed. Thanks to everyone on this forum for their posts and advice.

Hi, I am currently passing what looks like giant roundworms. I am no stranger to debilitating fatigue and ill health and have a zapper, have done dr Clarks parasite cleanses and am on a SCD low FODMAP diet due to recent months of worsening symptoms and intolerance to most foods.
I started nutritional balancing programme 5 months ago and am in a four low patters with adrenal fatigue, weak thyroid, poor sugar control, inflammation and poor detox patterns and terrible digestion. I have been extremely healthy in terms of diet and lifestyle for 13 years and follow paleo principles.
I have read your entire blog. I have ordered the book you recommend and DE. I am due to have a consult today with a freelance GP who practices functional medicine doctor and had extensive bloods done which will be discussed today with my doc. I am awaiting parasite lab test as they my pot of worms for bacteriology testing would you believe. So I had to send another pot of worms and delivered it to the NHS doctors practice manager and insisted it be tested appropriately yesterday (can you sense by frustration?).
Anyway, I wanted to thank you for your time and efforts. Sharing stories is valuable. But I have had difficulty piecing together exactly what your protocol is.
Could you perhaps summarise what you found was a useful protocol to try for someone who is sensible, experienced at using various alternative methods (zapping/ weird diets/ daily coffee enemas, etc) and within reason will try just about anything to help thrive once more?
bless you and thank you in advance,
Beccy (UK)

Hi, Becky. I believe she did summarize her protocol here:
http://www.curezone.org/blogs/fm.asp?i=2289785
Are you sure you read both pages of the blog? Because I found an error while trying to navigate previous and back but I figured it out and reported the Previous/Back link error to Curezone webmaster.

My protocol is in the first posting on my blog. I go back and periodically edit it as things work or don't. The essence of my protocol is this:
Organic mild ketogenic diet.
No supplements at all until you kill the parasites.
A herbal formula- Vitaklenz or the one from the Parasitology Center of Ariz.-taken initially for at least 40 days starting 5 days before the full moon. After that, do it 20 days on, 10 days off timed to start 5 days before the full moon.
Activated hydrogen-once a day. Get it from MomsAcrossAmerica website
Bromelain- 2 capsules 2x a day between meals
Frozen cod liver oil- take on an empty stomach first thing in the morning.
1-2 tbsp of diatomacous earth every day. Start slow.
Eat as many beets and as much garlic as possible.
Yogi Detox tea to detox as needed for die off symptoms.
Keep doing this protocol for at least 3 months after you have seen the last parasite. I intend to do it for 6 months. I am on month 2 of no parasites and I am feeling terrific!
Details on the first posting.
I did not have any other conditions that I had to deal with. I did not have any parasites in the blood. I did not have tapeworms.
I did have 6-8 different types of parasites. The only ones that I could figure out were worms and flukes.
Good luck. I am happy to help at any time.

when you say, "mild ketogenic diet" can you be more descriptive? I am trying at least parts of your protocol (I'm a nursing mom, so I can't do a lot of it yet) and wondering about that component. Thanks!

A mild ketogenic diet is a carbohydrate and sugar restricted diet. There are a lot of resources on the internet about ketogenic diets. It is considered to be the diet of choice to control/eliminate disease.
The diet is primarily vegetables, meats and lots of good fats. Carbs are kept below 20% of the total intake. The basic concept is that the body creates energy by either converting fat or carbs. If you have a heavy carb diet, you will convert them to glucose. If you have a heavy fat diet, you will convert them to ketones for energy and the fat will not be laid down as body weight.
As a nursing mother, you need a lot of calories. I don't know if a ketogenic diet is right for you. I wouldn't recommend that you restrict calories or carbs until the baby is weaned. It's just that carbs and sugars (including fruit) feed parasites. Parasites will also take some of the nutrition and iron out of the food so you will not receive it.
Focus on organic food. Anti parasitic foods may be too intense for your baby.
