Hi, I am currently passing what looks like giant roundworms. I am no stranger to debilitating fatigue and ill health and have a zapper, have done dr Clarks parasite cleanses and am on a SCD low FODMAP diet due to recent months of worsening symptoms and intolerance to most foods.

I started nutritional balancing programme 5 months ago and am in a four low patters with adrenal fatigue, weak thyroid, poor sugar control, inflammation and poor detox patterns and terrible digestion. I have been extremely healthy in terms of diet and lifestyle for 13 years and follow paleo principles.

I have read your entire blog. I have ordered the book you recommend and DE. I am due to have a consult today with a freelance GP who practices functional medicine doctor and had extensive bloods done which will be discussed today with my doc. I am awaiting parasite lab test as they my pot of worms for bacteriology testing would you believe. So I had to send another pot of worms and delivered it to the NHS doctors practice manager and insisted it be tested appropriately yesterday (can you sense by frustration?).

Anyway, I wanted to thank you for your time and efforts. Sharing stories is valuable. But I have had difficulty piecing together exactly what your protocol is.

Could you perhaps summarise what you found was a useful protocol to try for someone who is sensible, experienced at using various alternative methods (zapping/ weird diets/ daily coffee enemas, etc) and within reason will try just about anything to help thrive once more?
