Today is day 4 of my fast, I feel very tired and sleepy. I walked a lot yesterday. So far I do not have any major detox crisis.
I remind myself everyday I fast, that each day I am getting healthier and doing something positive in my life. I do get really bored and find that I have lots of spare time.
I have decided to blog every other day, for the reason I don't have any major changes or symptoms from fasting yet. Physically I feel great, I feel a lot lighter on my feet. Mentally it is definitely a battle, even if I am not hungry, my mind still tries to convince me to eat. So, everyone who is fasting stay strong and you will succeed.
