You know for many years I regarded organic food as being a bit silly. OK, you get to buy apples with no traces of pesticide on them, but you can wash that off anyway, so why pay the extra?
However since reading Fuhrman, Esselstyn, Campbell and Goldhamer, my eyes have opened wide.
I am sorry this has to be a short blog - I will write more on it later. There is so much I want to say but I have been busy.
Anyway, here's the live research...

Found
http://www.independent.co.uk/environment/green-living/its-not-just-a-fad--org...
"It's not just a fad - organic food is better for you, say scientists" and
http://www.timesonline.co.uk/tol/news/uk/health/article2753446.ece
"Organic food does not have more vitamins"
...and the list goes on. I did that in 10 mins. Imagine the old days, I would have had to have gone to a reference library. Thank you, god, for the internet.
On another note I got a domain name that I have been after for 15 months. Completely by luck. It just came out of the 3 months holding period, and I happened to pick it up.
That domain is gonna get used... my mind is buzzing with ideas.
If you want to watch a good video, watch the Cuba one I added to my last blog.

Lastly, you can't have a picnic without ants, here's the Telegraph...

"Organic produce is no better for you than food grown with pesticides, new research claims"
"The results were published today in the Society of Chemical Industry's (SCI) Journal of the Science of Food and Agriculture."
