Blog: journal of my 30 day juice fast
feeling a little better today still really tired though. i have kind of got myself into a bad sleeping routine. i am a bit of a night owl so i tend to sit up late and read in bed. i love my bedtime routine. i have a cup of herbal sleepytime tea which is my favourite. then i have a really really long hot hot shower. i jump into my comfy bed with loads of covers and read until usually around 1am. I then begrudginly wake up take the kids to shcool and race back home to jump in bed for waht i say is only going to be a short nap but turns into the most blissfull 2hour sleep. Tehn i get up and go to work around 11am. i just wish i could go to sleep earlier and then not need to go back to sleep in the morning. then i could use this time to exercise so i would be free in the evening. but im not going to give myself too much of a hard time just go with what feels good at the moment.
i have been having less juice and more hot water and herbal teas..no veggie broth yesterday either. today i have had one orange juice and water. not hungry at all right now. lookign forward to going home and jumping on my treadmill. really glad it is workign becase the oxypowder kicked in and im not too eager to leave a toilet for long periods of time especially running!

Keep it up Julie!! You can do it!! I'm on day 7 today... a couple behind you. Your first fast along with Dazzle's really inspired me. I need to start exercising. I also have the same night owl tendencies and don't get up easy in the morning. I wish I was a morning person but I never ever have been.
