I am beginning a fast of sorts today. It will be mostly liquid, yet the solid foods will be apples and grapes. I am going to use LBB and a parasite program, at the same time. I will be oil pulling daily. I started that back up last week on vacation. I attempted the marathon pull that was spoke about on the OP forum. I did it like 3 times then decided that was enough. So, I did not do the marathon pull, which was like 5-7 times.

Today, I have oil pulled with hemp oil and then with coconut oil. I will take the parasite pills, in a few moments. Around 11 am (today is my off day, so everything is later than usual), I will have something to drink and take the LBB pills.

I have decided it is time to clean my system out...body and mind and spirit. I have much 'build-up' in my body. Many times when I eat, it is either too much creating gas or it is not nutritious for my body. I am going to give it a rest. I will be eating the apples and grapes for the fiber. Also, until I can just say no to food, this will be my solids. I am going to do this, (from my lips to God's ears :D) for 40 days.

I will incorporate Sun salutations (for my exercise) and TaiChi-ChiGong meditations and energy work (for my mind and spirit). As well I will be journaling, either on here (to keep me moving forward) or if more personal than I will find to post here in a journal.

I am ready to move forward in my life. I am ready to find Joy (the emotion) in my life on a daily basis. I am also ready to release ALL that no longer serves me...with EASE AND GRACE!

    So, here's to day 1!

    Love, Light and Peace,
    Beth

Hi, something to consider is adding raw eggs to this fast. I find raw eggs to be super energizing and extremely easily digested, a good source of fat and amino acids. you can blend an egg and put it in your fresh juice, you wont even realize its in there until you feel super energized. good luck with the fast.

Hi, thank you. When I do the greens drink, I do put a raw egg in there, along with aloe vera, and sometimes I put my oil consumption in there, as well. Other times, I just put the oil in a glass and mix them up (about 4-7 different oils) and drink it down. I am looking forward to the energy though!

        Peace,
        Beth
