    Tooth Cavities Can Heal

No longer do we need to continue to fool ourselves that we do not know the essential causes of tooth decay. The causes are known, and the prevention is both possible, necessary and the only sane next step.

Cure Tooth Decay New Secondary Dentine Forming, Tooth Decay Reversing

"After the nutrition was improved, the tissues of the pulp built in secondary dentine thus reincasing itself in a closed chamber." - Weston A. Price, DDS

What you see above and on the cover are two x-ray images of the same tooth from one individual. The two downward projections represent the roots of the tooth. In the center of each root you will see a dark streak. These streaks, the root canals, are the spaces where nerves and blood vessels connect to the jaw.

The x-ray on the left shows a large and prominent dark area at the crown of the tooth. This is a very large cavity that leaves the pulp and nerves of the tooth exposed to the mouth.

The x-ray on the right shows the tooth after some time of nutritional treatment. A temporary filling was placed to protect the pulp from the pain of pressure produced by food. The result is a progressive filling in of the dentine, the new secondary tooth layer that, in many cases, is hard and glassy. In as little as six weeks time we can begin to rebuild our tooth dentine, creating new enamel and thus healing cavities.

The esteemed dentist, Weston A. Price, author of "Nutrition and Physical Degeneration," and the first Director of Research of what is now the American Dental Association, discovered that it is the presence of special life-giving vitamins in certain foods that gives people immunity to tooth decay. These foods are rarely included in our modern diet.

Dr. Price’s discoveries have been swept under the covers of bureaucracy and lost amidst cultural attitudes that rarely seek real cures. His highly effective protocol for curing, preventing, and reversing tooth decay through nutrition alone has been known to only a few who have explored the depths of his written work. It is the application of this work that is going to be the subject of this eBook.

Even many of those familiar with the work of Dr. Price will benefit from the clarity and integrity with which I present my understanding of his protocol, his key points, and the reasons why many people fail to prevent tooth decay despite eating a more natural or traditional diet.

    Tooth Decay Reversing Protocol

1/4-1/2+ teaspoon high vitamin or fermented cod liver oil 3x daily with meals* together with

1/8-1/4+ teaspoon of high vitamin butter oil 3x daily with meals, or 1-2 tablespoons of yellow butter per meal.

2-8 cups of raw grassfed milk daily (add 1 ounce of raw cream to every 6 ounces of milk for regular whole milk, drink at room temperature if possible).

2 cups daily of bone soup, made from slow cooking the bones & organs of fish, chicken, beef and so on.

1-4 tablespoons of grassfed bone marrow.

Eat several meals weekly, raw, rare cooked, or fermented wild caught fish.**

Eat several meals weekly, raw, rare cooked or marinated, grass-fed beef or lamb.**

Eat several meals weekly, raw, fresh oysters and/or clams.

Eat several meals weekly, raw, rare cooked, or fermented liver (grassfed - beef, lamb, chicken, fish, turkey etc).

Eat at least twice daily fermented foods like sauerkraut, yogurt and kefir.

Eat substantial quantities of vegetables, such as carrots, zucchini, broccoli, celery, string beans.

Avoid - It is important not to cheat here:

Sugar – White Sugar, Brown Sugar, Organic Sugar, Evaporated Cane Juice, Corn Syrup, Commercial Jams (Exceptions are, totally unheated honey, organic untreated maple syrup, rapadura, and stevia. Note: Many sweeteners still encourage tooth decay; if you have a severe or difficult case, only use stevia and avoid all other sweets.)

Flour & Grain Products – White Flour, Wheat Flour, Organic Flour, any unsoaked grain products. Examples: bread, crackers, cookies, doughnuts, breakfast cereals, muffins, pastries, tortillas, bagels, and sandwiches (most store bought flour products even from the health food store need to be avoided).

Hydrogenated Oils - like Margarine and Low quality vegetable oils, Vegetable Oil, Soybean Oil, Crisco, Canola, and Safflower (replace with organic coconut oil, organic palm oil, organic olive oil or butter, suet, or tallow).

Any type of junk, convenience food, or modern fast foods

Coffee, Soft Drinks, Nutrasweet, and anything with artificial flavors, artificial colors, or artificial ingredients

Soymilk, Protein Powder, and Excess Tofu

Pasteurized Milk, even if it is organic.

Non-grass-fed meat and eggs, and farm raised fish.

Alcohol, Cigarettes, and Drugs (including most prescription drugs & vaccines)

*2 tablespoons of grassfed liver can be used to replace every 1/2 teaspoon of cod liver oil.

**Medium and normal cooking is acceptable but not preferred

***Yellow butter is the best for bone growth, fish eggs are a good butter alternative as well as a diet supplement.

The Tooth Decay and Cavity Prevention Formula

Phosphorus + Fat-Soluble Vitamins A,D,E,K - (Processed Foods and Overly Sweet Foods) = Healthy Teeth

The fat-soluble vitamins are vitamins A, D, E, and K. In many cases these vitamins are either exclusively found in animal foods, or are found in abundance in animal foods. Weston Price found that this category of vitamins is largely missing from our modern diet.

Our chemicalized, denatured, and devitalized foods are missing fat-soluble vitamins. So it is no wonder why in our modern civilization, there is a large prevalence of tooth decay.

The fat-soluble vitamins are essential for your physical health, not just because they provide nutrients to the body, but precisely because they are activating substances that help utilize other minerals present in your diet. So even if you have an abundance of calcium and phosphorus in your diet, without an abundance of fat-soluble vitamins and activators, your body cannot utilize the minerals in your food.

Weston Price found that the Indigenous groups he studied that had the highest immunity to tooth decay, nearing 100 percent, ate liberally--that is, frequent, daily, and perhaps in every meal--from two of the following three principal vitamin sources.

    1. Diary products from grass-fed animals.
    2. Organs and muscle meat from fish and shellfish.
    3. Organs of land animals.

For these charts, the third molars (wisdom teeth) where excluded in the data. That means, on average, US adults have even more missing teeth than the figures are presented, since many adults have had their wisdom teeth removed. For ages 2-5 I assumed 20 total teeth, for ages 6-11 I made my averages assuming 24 total teeth, and for ages 12 and older the assumption is 28 total teeth.

Answers to Each of The Following Questions are provided in Cure Tooth Decay FAQ:

    • Does this diet really work, and is this what you actually eat?

    • I have several small cavities, and one larger one that hurts. The dentist says I need a root canal, what can I do, I want to try to heal my teeth naturally?

    • I have cavities and I am nursing my child, my child is getting cavities as well, what can I do?

    • I have a tooth ache, what can I do?

    • I have a big cavity, if it get's infected, my life could be at stake, what do I do?

    • I believe tooth decay is caused by eating acidic fruit juices like grape and apple. Is this true?

    • I read a book that suggested taking "1000 mg of calcium with D daily and one tablespoon of lecithin powder containing phosphate," to help cure tooth decay, what do you think?

    • I have been following a diet similar to yours for the past 18 months, based on the Westan A. Price Foundation. No new cavities have formed so the decay has ceased, but my cavities have not healed. What can I do?

    • I am a vegetarian, I don't mind eating butter or drinking milk, but I won't eat any animal meat or organs. Can I still heal my teeth without cod liver oil and bone marrow?

    • I just got two teeth filled with fillings, and now I have even more cavities, what can I do?

    • I was told by an important doctor that eating too much fish is dangerous because of mercury, you suggest eating lots of fish, what can I do?

    • I think it is a joke to use nutrition to heal teeth. I needed to have a root canal. Simply by swishing lemon juice in my mouth I solved the problem. I think too much sugar causes tooth decay, I do not think your treatment methods work or are necessary.

    • I do not believe in the work of Melvin Page, I have never heard of him. I think Weston Price has some good points about avoiding sugar, but tooth decay is not caused by a deficiency of nutrients, but it is caused by sticky sugary foods and starches that cling to teeth and cause bacterial acid production. I think your approach is wrong. Dentists for the last century have carefully documented with hundreds or thousands of studies how food on teeth is what causes tooth decay, if people only cleaned their teeth properly, and avoided sugar's, they would be immune to tooth decay. How can the entire industry be wrong, I do not believe in conspiracies, I believe in science, you are clearly the one wrong here.

    • Why is our culture so screwed up? How can they just put that Fluoride poison in our waters? What is wrong with people?

    • I hate cod liver oil, is there something else I can take?

    • I am poor, how can I afford this stuff?

    • Does Xylitol gum stop tooth decay?

    • Is it possible to grow enamel back or must I get caps? My dentist's says it is not possible.

    • Can Television and other types of technology contribute to tooth decay and other illnesses?

    • What types of herbal remedies can I use and how effective are they?

I think his focus on nutrition is sound;  You cannot go wrong with eating healthy, anyway.

This gentleman's report is very interesting and informative. However, I really don't think we need a "Cave Man" diet in order to take in the proper nutrients.

Raw Milk, Grass Fed anything sounds good. Eating bone marrow? Risky.

There are herbs and different fruits such as the durian fruit will yield the same results.

The reason why I mentioned herbs and durian fruit is due to a little overlooked cause of tooth decay called hereditary tooth decay and "nastiness pass it along tooth decay". I'll get to the latter.

The hereditary tooth decay comes from a parasite passed from the mother to her unborn. It looks like a long piece of black hair. Usually, it's coiled up into a black spot on or in your tooth. Sometimes it drills down or up the tooth and pops out.

I won't give you the gory details on how this thing travels from tooth to tooth infecting these healthy teeth and killing them.

It's a sad situation to have this bugger in your mouth and yes it lives off any sugary substance in your mouth.

That is why I mentioned herbs. Herbs will kill this burger butt good! Have a healthy sprinkle of herbs in your food or buy commercial products.

Earlier I mentioned, "nastiness pass it along tooth decay".
(this makes my wife and I blood boil)

Before I had gotten married I dated a beautiful girl whom attracted me by the shiniest, gorgeous, perfect teeth I have ever seen in my life!!! Not a single cavity in her head!

Perfect teeth. Unbeknown to me, I had a mouth full of cavities (due to the tooth parasite - my mother lost all of her teeth at a young age to this burger)

After one year of kissing this wonderful smiling girl, she came down with cavities. I was shocked! She was soo angry at her self. One of the statements she made to me was how puzzled the dentist was when he pulled out some hair like thing from her tooth.

I was puzzled also but didn't think anything of it.

Latter on in life, I married a beautiful woman with a great smile. Bright, brilliant teeth that could blind you in the noon day. Not a single cavity ever in her life........

        That didn't last long.......

Exactly one year latter....she began having issues and
        guest what....

"Honey, the dentist pulled a black hair like string out of my badly needed Root Canal..."

        Deja Vue!!!!!

I went to the dentist for the first time in years and guess what....I have those hairy things in 3 of my teeth! I made a call to my mother for some background on her dental health.

To make a long story short. Her family had this thing for generations....

Now I'm about to share what makes my wife and I soo angry about "Nastiness pass it along tooth decay"

How much would you like to bet the author "Kissed" his daughter ON THE MOUTH!!!!!!

You see it everywhere!!! On TV!!! At Restaurants! People kissing their children IN THE MOUTH!!! LIP TO LIP and with some TONGUE EVEN!!!

        WTF!!!!!

Kissing babies on the mouth with so call "slober pober"!! Men kissing their son's on the mouth with spit seperating!

        JUST NASTY!!!!

It's bad enough as adults we get our mouths into things we shouldn't have and let's not bring in the bedroom scene hmmmm?

Toothpaste isn't going to get rid of any critters lurking in your mouth! So while you kiss someone's child on the mouth or your own child, you are loading them up with some critters they may have to fight for the rest of their life!!! (and quite possibly toothless to boot)

Please, please, please, do not kiss babies, children, pre-teens and/or teens on the mouth with saliva transference ESPECIALLY if you had treated cavities...or live active cavities for that matter....

        CHEESSH!!!!

ok...off my soap box. I apologize to anyone I have offended in this rant. My intention was to inform and scar the crap outta ya from practicing an acceptable custom.

        Hope this helps!

Dr. Hulda Clark has an excellent parasite cleanse kit.
Bad diets or nutrients (processed foods) plays a role in making our teeth fall apart but there are other factors as well and I wanted to touch basis on that side of things.

P.S. Bad teeth, gum infection, infected root canals may lead to Heart Failure in the future. That you seriously don't want. NO FUN AT ALL!!
