Fibroids back after operation...

Hi all. today is a very sad day for me. I have just been told that my uterine fibroids are back,after having a abdominal myomectomy three months ago. Apparantly there are several in the interior of my uterus,the largest measuring 5.6cm. I have been on a progestogen contraceptive pill thinking that this would stop any fibroidal regrowth until my uterus is healed and strong enough to carry a child (apparantly six months from the operation date).
Any surgical procedures at this point will keep adding to the risk of miscarriage,and I don't even see how I can even get pregnant if I have to wait every time after a operation to try to conceive if the fibroids are going to grow back so quickly.
I'm a 34 year old woman who has never been pregnant and desperate to hear from anyone who has like me,developed fibroids soon after a myomectomy.
