Estrogen dominance is one health problem I have been able to bring under control. There are a lot of things that can be done to correct a hormonal imbalance. Fasting is not recommended at the beginning of the program, in fact it can make things worse in some women. I still have occasional migraines, but they are not nearly as severe.
