I know how you feel.... I have gone from 3 panic attacks a day to two in a month!!! my skin is looking healthier.. I am not dependent on laxatives any more.... and my other health probelms are getting mildly better.. (but I can feel that they too will be gone soon)....

I am so happy... and all this with no "medication"!!!!!!!
