Thanks for getting back to me so quickly Tracey,

I've heard a lot of good things about coffee enemas and I have tried it myself several years ago. I find it very difficult. I was wondering if a colon irrigation done by a professional would be just as good?

After the last flush I had a hard time getting down anything even water for about half a day. Sounds as if that might have been a problem.
