Hi Pauline...what a conundrum! You seem to be doing everything perfectly...and yet you're not getting any results! hmmmmm.

The fact that you feel terribly and headachy afterwards could be an indication that the flushes ARE stirring up toxins, but not releasing them....and yet you get diarrea right? Do you drink lots and lots of water? Actually that might be it! I know you drank a lot of apple juice but one needs a lot of water before and after the flush. About 2 litres a day... Epsom Salts are very dehydrating. ?

So...the only thing I can think of is to take the Clarkia (you have it, so you may as well take it)...Some people don't see parasites for weeks, others it's a matter of days.

Also...you might not like this (I haven't done one!)....but I have heard great great things about coffee enemas. Gets rid of headaches, liver toxins (excellent for detoxifying the liver), bloating... Maybe you could start with a coffee enema and then start the parasite cleanse...and after two weeks try another liver flush?

The coffee enemas could make you feel instantly better...I've seen it happen fairly frequently!
