Hi Pauline...I'm wondering if you're the one case out of a hundred that needs to do the parasite cleanse before trying another flush? Hulda Clark DOES suggest doing the parasite cleanse first - but most people jump right in and don't have a problem. Hulda says that if you have parasites and don't kill them off before doing the flush you're apt to feel sick and have an unsuccessful flush.

So maybe you need to do a parasite cleanse? Paragone or Clarkia or Old Amish Dewormer seem to be good/popular ones.

At the very least you got some gravelly stuff out...most likely chaff.
