Oh, and I forgot one thing. When I did the BH cleanse, I lost 10 pounds. So, that answers your question on that. I would wait until your done with the cleanse to test your weight loss. Some people (I don't have this particular issue) actually become bloated and gassy from psyllium. This could be why you haven't lost weight. When you conclude the cleanse and get off the psyllium for a few days, you may find a sudden drop in your weight from the cleanse. A possible answer, anyway.
