Hypoguy is correct....a Bowel Cleanse isn't totally necessary to do before a liver flush, but it's great you've started. You can go ahead and do a Liver Flush whenever you want, just stop taking the b&p's (or Bowel Cleanse stuff) the day of the Liver Flush and the day after.
