Liver flush before bowel cleanse?

I have been attempting Bowel Cleanse for awhile, but have been unsuccessful seeing results so far and am wanting to do a Liver Flush as I think I have symptoms showing the need. It is my understanding, however, a bowl cleanse should be completed first. Can the Liver Flush be done at same time as bowel cleanse? Should I stop the Bowel Cleanse to do the liver flush? Confused. Wormwood, Clove, Clarkia, Turmeric, Epsom Salt, Uva Ursi, Goldenrod
The Bowel Cleanse does not need to be done first.
I believe it may have been Tracey who said that it's OK to do both at the same time, but stop the Bowel Cleanse on the days of the liver cleanse. I'll put a flag in the subject line for her...

Hypoguy is correct....a Bowel Cleanse isn't totally necessary to do before a liver flush, but it's great you've started. You can go ahead and do a Liver Flush whenever you want, just stop taking the b&p's (or Bowel Cleanse stuff) the day of the Liver Flush and the day after.
