Liver Hemangioma and Flush

I have several giant (11 cm) liver hemangiomas. These are benign lesions made up of blood vessels. My Doctors tell me that my liver is functioning normally and that I should just leave these hemangiomas alone. I also have gallstone, observed during ultrasound. I have been either pregnant or nursing my two children for almost 5 years, during which time the hemangiomas grew from 3 cm to 11 cm. I would like to do the liver cleanse, but I am concerned that it may cause problems with my liver, considering I have these giant vascular things there. Might the cleanse harm me more, given my condition? I don't want to irritate my liver and cause any harm. I am concerned that the stones may get 'stuck' because of these hemangiomas.
