Is this still safe/potent to use? MFG:04/2019 but never opened

I am starting a cleanse because my dog has tapeworms.

I still have unopened parasite items from Dr. Clark
- clove
-super woodworm
-black walnut tincture

However I wanted to make sure it was still good to use as the MFG:04/2019
