Treating pneumonia with a dry/water fast. Can it be done???

I have pneumonia. Anyone here fast (dry or water) to rid themselves of pneumonia? I'm currently taking an antibiotic, peridisone, inhaler and cough syrup and living with warm mist humidifier. It seems I'm only making matters worse and prolonging recovery. Tweet
