The ACTUAL cure for Fecal / Faecal Body Odour / Odor (You will love and hate me)


The problem -

1. Diagnosis -

~ 8 years ago started bodybuilding, 5 years ago was drinking 3 litres of WPI protein shakes, and eating 18 eggs a day, along with a variety of other foods in order to build muscle.
~ 5 years ago noticed my stools were becoming much looser, noticed people in the gym were sniffing when close.
~ 5 years ago went into work and someone in the office told me I should shower before coming in even though I do.
~ 5 years ago encountered extreme heartburn when lying in bed, felt like I was having a heart attack.
~ 5 years ago encountered upper body itchiness after eating certain foods especially dairy.
~ 3 years ago noticed smell increased dramatically after alcohol and smoking.
~ 3 years ago noticed physical bodily pain after eating certain foods, alcohol and smoking.
~ 3 years ago noticed smell increased dramatically when near co-workers as opposed to family members.
Etc

2. Attempted remedies -

~ 5 years ago checked this forum and tried probiotics, underwent hexo reaction and smell disappeared for a couple of days then reappeared.
~ 4 to 3 years ago tried various flushes, then consulted dietician who recommended fodmap diet etc, no result.
~ 2 years ago underwent colon/endoscopy and found inflamed GI tract and duodenal ulcer, not cancerous, prescribed Nexium which cured ulcer, stomach pain reduced but odour remains.
Etc

The cure -

1. Body -

a. Eliminate all unhealthy inputs which are toxic - especially smoking and alcohol as this immediately corrupts the bile and causes various effects which dramatically increase the odour.
b. Eliminate all inputs which have non-neutral taste - anything sweet, anything salty, anything spicy, anything with dairy etc.
c. Consume inputs which satisfy dietary requirements but have no taste whatsoever:
- I eat 2 x paratha's with high quality mince and steamed vegies for breakfast (only neutral tasting vegies)***
- I eat beans and chickpeas for lunch along with some high quality bread.
- I eat some plain tasting freshwater fish for dinner.
- I do not eat rice even though it is my staple food as it has a strong after taste and I get the odour, maybe the starch has something to do with it.
- I avoid salt at all costs, seasoning, chilli, soy etc or even oil, my food is as neutral tasting as possible whilst still being nutritious.
- Water is the only liquid that should be consumed, not even any type of supposedly beneficial tea, they are not beneficial, only water is necessary for life to continue - refer to animal kingdom, everything you read is a lie, regardless of what the scientist says.
d. Ensure you consume food every 4 to 6 hours as the bile returns after a while.
e. Medication - use Nexium or generic equivalent to reduce the level of bile.
f. Exercise - including both cardio and weights, but make sure you consume sufficient food afterwards as the body will be very hungry and the bile will surge.
*** Important - if a food or liquid has a non-neutral immediate or after taste then it is not neutral and this will fail ***

2. Mind -

a. Note the anxiety causes the odour to surge because the mind directly affects the physiology of the body, refer to the placebo effect.
b. Reduce anxiety by notifying people you meet on a daily basis that you have a GI disorder resulting in adverse body odour and that you are undergoing treatment, for people you encounter randomly like in a lift just let them suffer your odour for a moment, they have much bigger problems than your smelliness, eventually you won't be afraid to be near people
c. Use an indica cannabis only if you can control the paranoia which you wont be able to when you first start the diet, do not use a sativa cannabis as you won't be able to control the munchies, at least I cannot. Make sure you use a good bong which filters the tar out. Do NOT smoke joints with tobacco mixed in.
c. Alternatively practice mindfulness meditation - ***without thinking*** breathe in a deep breath and notice the sensation of breathing in, breathe out a deep breath..., breathe in a short breath..., breathe out a short breath..., breathe in and out continuously and notice the continuous sensation of breathing in and out, let go of the need to control breathing and just breathe naturally and notice the continuous sensation of breathing in and out, so long as you are aware of breathing you are not suffering, revert to observing breathing in any scenario during the day when you experience heightened levels of stress, like a co-worker making fun of you.

3. How long must you do this -

a. Forever - therefore you must find joy unrelated to the sense of taste, physical development would be the best motivation as you can build a truly beautiful body on a tasteless but nutritious diet, mindfulness meditation will make you a good person as you can control the evil within - you can then find an appropriate mate and live a wonderful life.
b. Be strong in social situations when tasty food and drink is floating about, tell people you have a GI problem and you cannot consume this or that.

4. Will this actually work -

a. Yes of course because it is quite obviously the most difficult treatment possible, it requires you to overcome all desire related to taste forever.
b. Note that all quick fixes mentioned in various websites will fail, I tried them all, even Ayurveda which I am now certain is a scam, as is much of Western medicine.

Good luck... actually luck is irrelevant you just need willpower.

Please share as I am sure some have committed suicide because of this disease, I know I pondered it.
