Parasite lessons I learned over 3 plus years


I've been fighting against parasites for over 3 years now, and I wanted to share some observations as to what works for me.

* Food-based & mechanical methods against parasites works for me: Things like pineapple, carrot juice, pumpkin seeds, etc. and psyllium & Bentonite shakes have been and continue to be effective against parasites, and have not contributed to "scattering" (like I feel more aggressive methods might do).

* Rotating food-based methods prevents adaptation by parasites

* Coffee-enemas have been extremely helpful at naturally provoking my body to expel parasites: I usually do three enemas in a sequence every night: salt water + coffee + salt water enema: Parasites, etc. usually get stuck near the Ileocecal valve, hepatic & splenic flexures, so vigorously rubbing those areas when I have enemas in me usually dislodges alot more junk: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Large_intestine#/media/File:Blausen_0604_LargeIntestine2.png

* I suspect that most of my " food allergies " were merely foods that harm the existing parasites in my body, causing them to die or release substances that my body doesn't like. As I continue to eliminate parasites, I am able to (moderately) consume more foods I used to think I had to completely avoid before.

* Higher anxiety is usually a symptom that tells me I am going to expel more parasites that day during my enema session. I suspect dying parasites are releasing histamine into my body (like dead seafood releases histamines in their decomposition process). I suspect that my body then releases adrenaline in order to counteract that histamine; my brain is interpreting those two substances together as "anxiety".

* More aggressive anti- parasite measures are taken in the weekly ~24-hr period before a moon cycle (full moon, new moon, quarter moons): this seems to be the time period that parasites are more active and susceptible, and I try to hit them harder during this time (e.g. pyrantel, Wormwood , p&b shakes, retaining coffee enemas).

* Restricting daily food intake to a 6-hr window is allowing me to heal faster: I try to eat as much calories as I need for the whole day between 6am-12pm, then I fast from 12pm to the next day's 6am.

* Tsetsi's Liver Flush works very well for me, even with store-bought grapefruit juice: https://www.curezone.org/forums/am.asp?i=180601 : I take the mix daily, and clearly see results with my nightly enemas.

* Infrared light is very important for maintaining body temperature: without it, food and nutrients need to be used up as a poor substitute, which means less nutrients towards fighting parasites and other bodily functions. I avoid LED & fluorescent lights for this reason (they produce little to no infrared), and prefer incandescent lights when indoors, and try get adequate daily sunlight (~20 minutes) when outdoors.

* I suspect parasites were eating up my gut, causing leaky-gut: I suspect my body was using up its supply of GLA in its constant attempt to repair the gut, leaving much less GLA available for the skin (causing eczema).

My results I attribute to the above:

* My skin is 99% clear of acne, redness, inflammation;
* My eczema is 99% under control (borage oil/GLA helped immensely here too);
* My anxiety has decreased dramatically;
* I no longer look bloated at all, I naturally look toned/athletic now;
* The whites of my eyes are completely clear;
* No more popping noises ( parasite activity?) in my gut area;
* No more bad breath;
* People say I look 25 rather than closer to 40;
* I have a full head of hair now (I was starting to get some bare spots, probably from parasites stealing all my nutrients);
* My hair is strong again, I don't see hair all over my pillow in the morning anymore, or going down the drain when I shower;
* No more graying hair at all!

I still see parasites as I continue to flush, but I now expect this to be a life-long battle.
