Issues worsening during water fast. Help!

Hello all,

My girlfriend is on her 9th day of a water fast.
(This is not her first one)

She has many issues .. to note some (nervous system, veins, brain fog, etc) they getting worse as the fast goes on.

Is this normal?

We are doing almost daily enemas which looks like foam, parasites and bio film are coming out.

Just worried weather if it is normal that things are getting worse before they get better...

She has unique issues and Everywhere we read about people’s story’s that they started a Water Fast and everything got better and they have more energy now that the body is not digesting etc.

Any Info will help !
