Thank you Archus. I appreciate your help and will go read your posts now. I bought several kinds of water tonight because I’m starting tomorrow: alkaline water, Alkaline Water with electrolytes, Fuji water, Evian, and even some plain sparkling waters in glass bottles.

I’m scared and excited. I believe I can do it, but we’ll see. Thank you for your advice about emotions. : ) Tweet
