Flat wart on upper lip, tough to see but I want it removed, derm says "can't see it"

Hi all,

First time poster here. About three months ago I noticed a small wart on my upper lip. It is basically right above the right tip of the cupid's bow region and is clear and very slightly elevated. I have now visited two dermatologist and they both have said that they don't see it but it is certainly there.

All of the typical treatments for wart removal say not to use them on the lips or other soft areas, but I am wondering if I should try this or not? I could keep going around to dermatologists until someone acknowledges it, but I am reasonably convinced it is a type of flat wart. Any thoughts on what I should do would be helpful.
