Help identifying possible parasite and symptoms.

Just needing some help identifying these. I am set for an ova and parasite stool as well as stool culture Monday but im afraid that it may be misdiagnosed or come up negative. I feel crazy, everyone that's close to me thinks im being irrational or paranoid saying its probably excess mucus because i quit smoking a year ago and started vaping, but something isn't rite. I am a 30 year old male and in the past 5 years ive had Excema,psoriasis, alopecia areata as well as barbae, and i also have tinea versicoler.Ive noticed a few of my nail beds developing indentions, all kinds of strange things. I recently quit Adderall after about 7 months of use and that's when i started noticing these in my stool. Also have found strange sac like things in stool, possibly fecal stones From what i gather amphetamine slows blood in intestines and leaves you open to a lot of bad stuff. My son brought homes pin worms from daycare about 6 months ago and everyone in household was treated successfully(at least i hope so) that was the first time i ever did any research on parasites. I am very in tune with my body and spirit and i know something isn't rite. Just want someone to shed some light on my situation, because it is very lonely my wife is very anti self healing and diagnosing and takes things at face value. I lost a good amount of weight and i don't have the appetite i used to. I used to workout religiously, now i have zero energy and lost a lot of muscle mass. I have three kids that i used to devote all my extra time, i can barely get off the couch on my days off. Find myself very moody and depressed at times, that is out of my character. I own a business which ive had for 12 years, its always been pretty stressful but has never affected me mentally or physically. If someone on here can educate me it would be greatly appreciated?
