Re: Considering a Water Fast

Hi Archus,

Thanks a million for your reply.

I have been eating only organic food for a long time, but have been cooking it. And I have been eating grassfed meat (my body seemed to need it) and wild caught fish (same). But I have suddenly become averse to meat and fish, so I would say my body is ready for this next step.

The issue with my calves isn't really about cramping. It seems to be more about chronic tightness, which results in chronic weakness, which results in easy fatiguing, which results in mild pulls. This has led to built up scar tissue that just doesn't resolve. So, more pulling, etc.

I also expect that there is a biochemical issue (mitochondrial insufficiency and yes, probably electrolyte imbalances) which contributes to all of this.

I really appreciate your response. I will eat raw this week while I read up on fasting. Then plan to take the plunge next week.

PS Incharge said it really does need to be distilled water. You said purified. By purified do you also mean distilled?

:)
