You'll notice the the ENGLISH translation of the name for the TAO belief/ideology is THE WAY....and Jesus described Himself in JOHN 14:6 AS...

"the way".


SOCRATES taught the youth of ATHENS the principles of peace, truth, justice, etc. (righteousness).

Apostle Paul also spoke to the Athenians (in Acts 17) and realized that he need not mention Jesus's name to these righteous people.
