Re: Can chia and flax help heal leaky gut?

Flaxseed oil degrades extremely quickly and is not recommended due to that effect. I have used it in the past and a lot of it was clearly off when I received it. It does not keep at all when extracted and heat makes it degrade quicker.

The oil does have some effect on the bacteria which causes Leaky Gut. It does inhibit them. However inhibiting them is not what you need, you need to destroy them. Colloidal Silver such as MesoSilver and true Colloidal Silver might be the answer. Ionic silver should be avoided. You might be able to reduce ionic silver to form true Colloidal Silver if you look on the Silvertron forum

Chia seeds are not really effective. It's high in nutrients but it won't help too much.

Aim for the stomach. Nuke it to hell! I would recommend a deep enema before using Colloidal silver to clear as far back as you can, the transverse colon at least needs to be cleared to give some space for healing as destroying the biofilm can make you very, very ill as waste products flood into the bloodstream. Clearing the colon and maybe doing an enema with digestive healing and stimulating compounds might help. There is usually a pathogenic biofilm in the stomach AND transverse colon. This can cause IBS in some people.

holysin advice V. He doesn't have any idea on his own problems let alone yours.
