Ropeworms? Mucoid Plaque? P&B "ropes"?

Are these ropeworms, mucoid plaque, reformed psyllium+bentonite, or something else? They flushed out of me after a salt-water enema, and hours after a P&B shake. The top left "rope" was about 5-6 inches in length, in the first picture.
