I received the Psyllium Husk and calcium Bentonite clay 3 days ago from Amazon. Upon reading the label on Bentonite, it warns that "this clay is not meant to be ingestied. If used orally, do not swallow".
I emailed the company about this and they replied the same requesting if I needed credit.
I read that few other companies sell the "food grade" of this very item while some have conflicting descriptions and reviews. Are there any differences between them, even though both (i.e. food grade or not) claim the same for its genuineness, purity, refinement and extraction/milling methods.
