I was sloppy, and didn't properly google "Bidwell", but rather "Bidwel"

It certainly looks like she might have good credentials...
I once booked a "cottage" on the basis of online pictures and
an email conversation, and on arriving there found this same
issue of a fenced yard ( a sort of suburban by-the-lake feeling) with neighbours in plain sight and sound, when the place was listed as a "retreat".
