Re: HELP! Trouble Absorbing Salt/Water.

Salt displaces potassium and magnesium. Start green-veggie juicing and fruit juicing, and you'll get those levels balanced out again. Skip salt for two weeks or so, try to stick to dark green leafy fresh vegs and herbs. Parsely smoothies with spinach and apple, cherry tomatoes with a little carrot and the juice of a whole lemon..

Get creative. Skip water for plain drinking, make 1 liter of juice for each day instead, add a little water to it to dilute it if you're still thirsty.

Iodine promotes sweating, salivation and healthy water levels.

Juicing will stock you up on potassium, chlorides, magnesium, chlorophyll-nutrients, vitamin C and B's, and everything that would cost you a fortune on ineffective multivits.

What are your vitamin D blood levels? Get them checked at the doctor's to make sure you're absorbing minerals properly.
