I had the same thing for years. I shaved my head. I cured thi condition by treating my jaw. Look at how close the root tips of your teeth are to your scalp.
I would bet on upper jaw and lower wisdom teeth space.
Get a cavitat-pano and eav.-clean out the jw with a biologicl dentist and you will be cured
