This is all so fascinating. Whatever worm is building these things must be able to reproduce inside your body, like strongyloides, for the rope to become so long. It's like they're having a never ending orgy!

I've had strange, very long, thin wormlike things come out of my skin, and not long ago during a cleanse, I had a clump of something that when I pulled it apart, looked like and had the consistency of hair, all the pieces about the same length of about 2-3 inches. I wonder if that wasn't the beginning of a rope?
