Re: Please be careful with Composite Fillings

You are so right about this. 5 years ago my dentist spilled an adhesive into my mouth. He aplied this with a syrenge instead of a microbrush. Some odd things happend when he did this; I believe the syringe was clogged, he put to much pressure on it and emptied the syringe into my mouth. The adhesives purpose is to glue the composite onto the tooth. Within a few days I had Morgellons symptoms. I still do, but not so severe anymore. Doctors and dentists are sticking their heads into the sand. Did my own research about these dental materials and it scared the crap out of me. Methyl acrylates, BPA, HEMA, TEGDMA, it is al poison. So if you have amalgams, and they don't bother you then DON'T replace them. My experience told me that lots of dental accidents happen. And believe me, your dentist won't tell.... They don't have a clue about biocompatebility. They know what to do with it, and that is just about it....If you do need a filling ( and these days they are all composites) ask your dentis for a rubberdam.
