Well this has happened to me too when starting the Kombucha, as well as other detox symptoms. Kombucha detoxifies the liver, moles are a result of fungus. My theory is that the kombucha detoxifies the liver which then detoxifies the skin/body. Do your research on Kombucha...it helps to increase stomach acid.
