Tiki, not true. Yes some studies said there was a reduction in HIV transfers, but there were problems with those studies. If it did reduce HIV the USA should have the least infections not the most. My cousins family is Jewish and I have read that not all Jews circumcise. And at many times in history they changed the practice. At one point only a little of the fore skin was taken off. So I think that at one point Jews were concerned not to take too much pleasure away from the penis. Just a guess. That is what some historians have said anyway. Complications occur 2 percent of the time when done today so most often people won't report a problem but loss of sensitivity is proven to occur. Tweet
