Melb has had its 2nd hottest day on record today 44.1, and tomorrow will be just as hot. Our bush fires are a real worry, they are burning mostly in the high country, but also a few others around nearer the city too. It is scarey seeing them out of control, and the dedicated firefighters, who never give up, trying to save townships, that may go up any second if the wind changes direction.

I have done some parasite cleansing over the last 3 months with a Bowel and Intestine Cleanse pack, but I can't remember the brand name.
I bought it at my Health food shop on the recommendation of the assistant. I did pass lots of weird stuff, but didn't actually see any Parasites! Would I know one if I saw one?
I have just bought the Bentonite Clay, (I think it was you that told me where to buy it from a health shop in S.A) and I am going to start the shakes tomorrow. I know that I have a lot of toxins to be flushed out because of the headaches that I get when I do the liver flushes. So am a bit worried about any adverse reactions I may have from them. I do suffer from migraines from time to time.
It is 8.00p.m Saturday night now, and I have been pretty pleased with my flush, passed lots of sandy grainy stuff during the day again, but no stones, well only 3 early this morning.
How many flushes have you done? And what are your results like?
I am going to keep going, will do my next one in another 3 weeks I think. Tho I am not looking forward to the drinks again. I took E.S. with Grapefruit juice, but some people recommend it in water only. What do you think?
Maybe I will try the pint of oil over the period of every 15 minutes until it is down, I haven't decided yet.
I do know that I am congested with stones, and just want to be free of them.
