congestive heart failure & the cleansing

I am a 75 year old male with CHF and the Dr is telling me to limit my water intake I have been reading about natural healing and would like to give it a try. I am going to start with the intestinal cleanse and was wondering if anyone has seen anyone with chf have any kind of problem or good things that have come from the cleansing and if any one knows if it is really ok if I do drink more water? I am new to all this and would like any information at all please. My
