Hi Lynn! A couple of months ago I was in the middle of the "muck" and didn't know what I had gotten myself into. You were so kind to respond. You helped me so much, you don't know!!! It was the kind of support to help me keep going. 9 flushes later I can report similar results as yours. I feel good. I turned 52 on Christmas Day and I too have drifted from the site a little. But I am here today to say to everyone just starting out to hang in there and know you are on the right track. The things I would do different is keep up with the parasites. They sure let me know when they were there. Also keep up on the colon cleanse. I did an intense cleanse a year ago and thought that was enough and it WASN'T. I started another one recently and am now seeing great results (mucoid plaque) although not as much as last year. I guess we are like car engines. Maintenance is a must. I take Clear (from Awarness) for the parasites and alternate between Experience (also from Awareness) and Schulz's #1 Formula. That is how I get rid of the plaque. Drink tons of water and try to keep the diet healthy. I have also found a new product called Soma Life that is good. It is amino acids. I am having positive results with that too. Some of the things that I see changing are my finger nails are long and strong, my iris in my eyes no longer have brown specs, sleep is good, brain fog is pretty much gone, and the other day my husband said you don't say Huh? much any more. I think my hearing has improved. So 52 or 55 isn't so bad, is it Lynn? Oh yeah, and my kids (19 and 23 can't keep up with me). Tweet
