thanks for sharing. I am on my fourth day of the Master cleanse, fast. I have not ate since Thanksgiving and I am a big eater. I am shocked at what's coming out of me and I know darn well that what's in me would cause lots of damage if it was to stay in. You are just re-enforcing to me that the effort I am putting in will definitly pay off. Your story will hopefully help many others to avoid the pain you and everyone is filling right now with your friend. Dr. Clark tells us not to let Doctors take our parts out because we need them to heal. I wish I was her right now to see if there's some advise I could give your friend.
