Pain after Gall Bladder Removal

I had my gall bladder removed in January 2002.After the op my recovery was quick.But over the last few months I have been experiencing the diahorrea and pain in my right side now the pain is spreading around to my back.I am getting very scared in case its now my liver!!!My mother passed from cancer of the liver she also had her gall bladder removed.I am going to try an Internal cleansing Detox program.If you have experienced the same as me and can reassure me Im ok I would be greatful.Thanks.
